WILL iGHOST WORK WITH MY CURRENT PHONE?

Yes, iGhost will work with any smart mobile device that can load an app.

WHAT ACCESSORIES COME WITH iGHOST?

Everything you need to synchronize your current smart phone with the iGhost hardware and software is included. You will also receive a charger and wired headset for your iGhost device.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A MONTHLY MONITORING FEE?

No, you are in control of all the security on your device. Anything you do on iGhost phone is secure and the only way to see your information is for you to grant access to someone. We have no access to your device.

WHAT MAKES iGHOST SECURE?

We have a number of security features for iGhost, however, we do not reveal them. Nothing can enter it that is not in our control. Our patented system is a “quantum safe” proprietary communication device with our own encryption system. Each step in our process has many authentications that are impossible to overcome. Even Pegasus is not able to penetrate the device. And because of Pegasus, we have found how to stop all remote jailbreaks from happening.

HOW CAN I GET MY iGHOST FIXED IF IT BREAKS?

Calling customer service will trouble shoot most concerns, however your device is covered for one year under warranty. We do offer insurance programs for protecting your physical device from damages.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY iGHOST FOB?

Your information is never at risk. Only you can access your data. However, it is unrecoverable, which means there are no copies of what may be on your device unless you made a backup.
