Armand Nannicola

CEO & Co-Founder
Armand Nannicola’s professional career began over 30 years ago starting with research and development for Xerox Corporation. Since then, he has been the Chief Executive Officer for nine companies in the industries of software development, hospitality, real estate, and charitable gaming. He is the current Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Cloak where he oversees patents, product development, long-term and short-term business strategies, and overall operations.

Dave Mehalick

Co-Founder
Dave Mehalick is a successful executive with a career spanning over 30 years across a variety of industries including life sciences, technology, financial services, military contracting, entertainment, and consumer products. His career has allowed him deep immersion into all facets of executive management notably mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, C- Suite management, product development and licensing, partnerships, product commercialization, and corporate communications. He has assisted and managed several organizations towards successful investor monetization across all aspects of company evolution resulting in billions of dollars in transactions and financings. Currently, Mehalick is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Coeptis Therapeutics, and one of our co-founders. He has been involved in several companies in a variety of positions and functions prior to Coeptis spanning many different industries.

Mehalick began his career in the financial services industry in the wealth management area before transitioning to investment banking in the early 2000’s. He held positions of Vice President and Senior Vice President at multiple firms notably First Union Capital Markets, Gruntal and Co. and Ferris Baker Watts. He then began working earnestly with companies to assist them in all aspects of growth. He was a founding partner in American Defense Systems, a military contractor designing lightweight antiballistic armor and hardening systems for transportation and solid structures. After procuring several military contracts, the company grew revenues to a point that they became public on the AMEX stock exchange. Throughout his career, Mehalick was involved in numerous similar situations either in a management or consultant role to allow strong returns for shareholders via acquisitions or public strategies.

Alan Boarts

Chief Marketing Officer & Co-Founder
With more than 31 years of branding experience, Alan Boarts is the visionary force behind numerous cutting-edge and results-driven branding campaigns. President and Chief Creative Officer of A to Z Communications, Boarts oversees all creative and operations of the company.

He masterminds the creation of measurably effective websites, annual reports, capabilities brochures, packaging, billboards, television and radio spots and PSAs – and delivers right-size, right-time solutions for B2B and B2C marketing, advertising and communications. Boarts has worked to cultivate a unique team of experts who offer deep specializations in strategic planning, design, content building, advertising, public relations, event planning and user interface – as well as in print and digital, direct and social media marketing.

Jay Wack

Chief Technology Officer
Jay Wack has over 20 years of experience as an application engineer. He specializes in microcontrollers and embedded microprocessors, leading him to represent Intel and National Semiconductor, as well as be involved in the successful customer design of Application Specific Integrated Circuits. Currently, Wack is on the Working Groups with the Federal Reserve on data, security, identity and access control, a contributing member to SWIFT, and an active member on several ANSI groups.

He has been published in the American Bankers Magazine and The International Council on Large Electric Systems (CIGRE).

Roger Butler

Chief Architect
Roger Butler began his professional career designing fixed asset accounting, tax preparation and Wall Street investment software. He continued to work in this for almost two decades. Since then, Butler became a key employee at TecSec, Inc., and currently serves as the Chief Architect. During his tenure with TecSec, he has designed and created key management, encryption software systems, and frameworks. Butler works with all aspects of software including front-end GUI design and implementation, server and service creation, business logic, database maintenance and creation, and software code generators and testing systems.

Butler holds 1 baccalaureate degree, 2 associate degrees, and an academic achievement award from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Ron Parsons

Vice President of Product Services
In 2004, Ron Parson joined TecSec, initially assisting in product development and corporate strategy. He now oversees the engineering, development, deployment, and support of the solutions, including the integration of CKM technology into existing customer applications as well as focusing attention on new markets. He also served as an Associate Director at National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) before assisting in the launch of several organizations focused on electronic commerce, identity management, and information security. Parsons launched and served as the Director of the Federal Sector for CommerceNet, was founding co-chairman of FiXS (Federation for Identity and Cross Credentialing Services) and founding co-chairman of FEGC (Federated Electronic Government Coalition).

He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
