  • WILL IGHOST™ WORK WITH MY CURRENT PHONE?

    Yes, iGhost will work with any Android and iPhone devices that have the capability to download an app.

  • WHAT ACCESSORIES COME WITH IGHOST?

    Everything you need to synchronize your current smart phone with the iGhost hardware and software is included. You will also receive a charger and wired headset for your iGhost device.

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY A MONTHLY MONITORING FEE?

    No, you are in control of all the security on your device. Anything you do on iGhost is secure and the only way to see your information is for you to grant access to someone. We have no access to your device.

  • WHAT MAKES IGHOST SECURE?

    We have several security features for iGhost, however, we do not reveal them, as our devices operate using techniques that are patented and validated under published standards from NIST, ANSI and ISO. Every step in our process has many required authentications.

  • HOW CAN I GET MY IGHOST FIXED IF IT BREAKS?

    Contact customer service at 216-859-5866 or info@quantumcloak.com. Your device is covered one year under warranty, and we offer insurance programs for protecting your physical device from damages.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY IGHOST FOB?

    Your information is never at risk as only you can access your data. However, it is unrecoverable which means there are no copies of what may be on your device unless you made a backup.

  • WHEN WAS THE COMPANY QUANTUM CLOAK FOUNDED AND WHAT IS ITS MISSION?

    Quantum Cloak was founded in September 2019 to address several major problems in the existing communications environment. The founders knew there had to be a better way to stop the vulnerable risks to the point and eliminate concern that exists within the current industry. The company decided to examine the issues and problems of breaches, stolen data, and exposed information to find a truly secure solution. After examining the objectives outlined in the matrix of published laws and regulations, a baseline of action to address and provide a compliant solution was developed. We realized we could provide a security solution that was compliant with regulations while making the consumer and data owner feel safe.

  • IS QUANTUM CLOAK A PUBLIC COMPANY AND WHAT IS ITS STOCK SYMBOL?

    Quantum Cloak is a private company with the full intent to be public in 2022. No stock symbol has been issued yet.
